     Promotes a successful production from start to finish by keeping the child focused and engaged not only   

     during the performance but behind the scenes when the camera isn’t rolling. 

     Aid production in knowledge of all legal guidelines associated with working with children on set. 

     Act as an advocate for children to feel protected, comfortable and safe at all times resulting in a positive           experience for all parties.
